There’s something for everyone as the Greenville County Museum of Art continues a range of special events and programs on Thursday evenings. The Museum is open every Thursday until 8 pm.

October 9 Chihuly and Columbia: video selections of the premier glass artist whose work will be on exhibit at the Columbia Museum of Art

October 23 All Shapes and Sizes: Jeanet Dreskin discusses David Macaulay’s anatomical drawings for How We Work.

October 16 Museum closes at 5:00 pm

November 6 The Art of Framing: Works of Art on Paper, tips on the dos and don’ts of framing prints and watercolors

November 13 Music in the Galleries: the Greenville Early Music group will perform vocal and instrumental selections

November 20 Artists Talk: Dabney Mahanes and Julie Shabkie discuss art

December 4 Monita Mahoney demonstrates the Magic of Marbling
